Uses of Claritin Rapid Dissolve

Claritin Rapid Dissolve provides a fast relief from symptoms of allergies, including sneezing, runny nose and itchy nose, as well as itchy watery red burning eyes, caused by exposure to seasonal allergens (trees, grass, and ragweed pollen) and perennial (year round) allergens (dust mites, animal dander and moulds). Provides a fast relief of allergic skin conditions, such as skin itch and hives.

Precautions and Warnings

Allergic Reactions: Do not use Claritin if you are allergic to loratadine or any other ingredients in the medication. Allergic reactions can include rash, itching, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Liver or Kidney Issues: If you have liver or kidney problems, consult your doctor before using Claritin. In cases of severe liver impairment, the dosage may need to be adjusted.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a doctor before using Claritin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but it’s always best to get professional advice.

Other Medications: Be sure to inform your doctor if you are taking other medications, especially those for allergies, cold, or sleep, as they may interact with loratadine.

Dosage

Adults and Children Over 6 Years: The usual dose is 10 mg once daily.
