Imbruvica

Imbruvica (ibrutinib) is a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor used to treat various blood cancers, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia.
